The Pursgloves of Edale - [EDAL]

Edale is a small Derbyshire village in  the high peak on Grinds Brook near the River Noe.  It is in the Parish of Castleton being situated south of Edale Moor and Kinder Scout.

The village is on the main Manchester to Sheffield railway and off of the A625 - turn onto the Edale road at Hope.

The surrounding hamlets to the west are Crowden Lee Booth, Upper Booth, Barber Booth and Highfield.  The the East are Ollerbrook Booth and Nether Booth.  Directly North of Edale is Grindsbrook Booth.  Castleton is in the next valley on Peakshore Water.
